Merge PDF

Merge any number of PDF files into a single document. Drag to reorder before merging. Everything happens in this tab — your files are never uploaded, which matters when the documents are contracts or invoices.

Questions

Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read from your disk by the browser and processed in this tab using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Nothing is transmitted, which you can verify by opening your browser's network panel or by disconnecting from the internet — the tool keeps working.
Is there a catch — a limit, a watermark, a sign-up?
None. Because the work happens on your machine rather than a server, there is no per-file cost to recover and therefore nothing to meter. No account, no queue, no watermark.
Is there a limit on file size or how many I can merge?
No imposed limit. The practical ceiling is your device's memory, since everything is held in the tab — roughly 200MB total on a desktop and less on a phone. The tool warns you before you cross into risky territory.
Can it merge password-protected PDFs?
No. Encrypted PDFs must have their password removed first in a PDF reader. The tool detects them and says so rather than failing silently.
